First you must have an account. Sign up through our app store "SusieCakes" or by going to www.susiecakes.com/rewards. When you order in-bakery, make sure to tell them you're a rewards member and when you order online or on the app make sure you're signed in so you can accrue points. You do not earn points when you place an order through DoorDash or UberEats.

The easiest way to see them is in the app right on the first screens when you log in. If you don't have the app, there are several places to sign in online including when you check out it will ask you to log in.

Yes! On the first day of your birthday month, you'll get a free slice of cake reward, valid for your birthday month. To qualify for this reward, you must be enrolled at least 1 week prior to the first day of your birthday month and have made at least one purchase in the 12 months prior to your birthday. The birthday reward is only available to use at your local SusieCakes bakery and you cannot redeem this reward online.

Birthday rewards are only given to registered SusieCakes rewards members who have signed up at least one week prior to the first day of your birthday month and who have made at least one purchase in the past 12 months. If you believe you should have received a birthday reward because you fit this criteria, please contact us here so we can look into it. Just make sure in the future when you make a purchase that you are giving the team member your phone number and/or using your phone number associated with your account when placing an online order so your purchases are linked to your rewards account for the birthday reward as well as to track points to earn other rewards!

The reg code appears on new e-gift cards. If you purchased/were given a gift card before 10/17/23 your card does not have a reg code and that field is not required when purchasing online.

1. It's possible your points weren't added yet if your items have not been delivered or picked up. For example, if you made a purchase for $43 for pickup tomorrow at 4pm, you won't see those points until tomorrow at 4pm.
2. All points are before tips and taxes.

No, you do not. However, if you place a delivery order on SusieCakes.com using DoorDash Delivery or leveraging the SusieCakes app, you do qualify. The reason is that when orders aren't placed through our site, we don't receive the guest information and can't link it to a rewards account.
